1. Services Agreement
By engaging DRN Cleaning for commercial, residential, facility, or emergency cleaning, you agree to the scope, schedule, pricing, and service terms outlined in your proposal, estimate, or contract. Urgent or after-hours work may be subject to priority dispatch rates quoted at the time of request.
2. Payment Terms
Payment for one-time service is due upon completion unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing. Ongoing commercial contracts are typically invoiced on agreed terms. DRN Cleaning may pause service for accounts with past-due balances.
3. Liability and Insurance
DRN Cleaning maintains commercial liability coverage and applicable worker coverage. If you believe property was damaged during service, please report it to our office within 48 hours of service completion so it can be reviewed promptly.
4. Cancellations
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of scheduled cleaning services. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a fee to help cover scheduled crew time and related costs.
